A: All our products are stored and shipped from within Australia — typically from Victoria or New South Wales.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most orders arrive within 4–14 business days. Rural areas or busy periods may take slightly longer.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer fast and free Australia-wide delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not yet — but we're working on it! Bubsy & Co. is currently available to Australian customers only.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day “Risk-Free” Money-Back Guarantee. If you change your mind within 30 days, you can return your item for a full refund — no questions asked (as long as the product is in good condition).

Q: What if my item is faulty or damaged?
A: If your item is faulty or arrived damaged, we will happily issue a full refund or replacement — even if it's after the 30-day period. We may ask for a photo or video for verification.

Q: Do I need to return the product to get a refund?
A: In most cases, no — we usually don’t require a return. But if we do, we’ll let you know and provide the return address. You’ll need to pay upfront, and we’ll reimburse you once a valid postal receipt is shared.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: If your item is faulty or your change-of-mind return is within the 30-day window and we request a return, we’ll cover the return shipping. Just send us your receipt and we’ll refund the cost.

Q: How long do refunds take to arrive?
A: Once processed, refunds usually appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
